Sleeping Baby

A few days a go I was able to sneak in and take a picture of Leland while he was sleeping… usually he wakes up the second I have the camera ready. I was so happy he didn’t wake up !

I have been very busy lately and sick twice in the last two weeks with two different viruses so I appologize for the lack of posts latley. I hope to have some new ones on here by next week :-)

Dave made one too LOL

Dave made one too LOL

Lost in Laundry

Dave found out he will be going up to Pennsylvania for a couple weeks for work. So last night I washed a bunch of clothes it preparation for packing. This morning it was Dave’s job to fold the clothes, he likes to dump all the clothes on the floor ( it is clean) so he can see what he is doing I guess. Not the way I would do it but I am not going to complain since he is nice enough to do this most dreaded job. Leland happened to be in the “line of fire” when the clothes were being dumped.

Our Mornings

Most every morning we do the same thing, It is probably the only time we have somewhat of a schedule. After the boys wake up… whenever that may be, anywhere from 8:30 to 9:30 Dave goes upstairs and brings the boys down, Leland gets his diaper changed and then he nurses while Caleb is doing puzzles or watching T.V. Then we all eat breakfast.

Knitting and De- Lurking

Hey there! I thought I’d let you all know the going ons over here at the mad house since its been a little quiet here as of late. First, I am learning how to knit and my first project is turning out pretty well. I had to start over a couple gazillion times but now I am getting into a rhythm and I can knit for about twenty minutes without needing a break or having a huge catastrophe. I’ll post pictures later of what I’ve done so far.

Caleb has a slight cold but nothing to bad, just a cough, we started up our homeschooling again this week after a long break for Christmas and New Years. I still can’t believe that he ASKS to do school most days when I am lagging. Right now as I am typing Caleb is cutting out shapes with his socking stuffer scissors. I figured it was a good thing for him to sit down and do so he can get over this cold quickly. In a couple hours we are going to check out a farm that sells raw cows milk. I know many people think raw milk is not a good thing but check out this report first then decide.

In other news;  Its National De-Lurking Week.  Thank you Jenni over at One Thing  for your post and letting us know.  So all you lurkers out there its time to show yourself, leave a comment and let me know that you love me… or not, maybe you just showed up by accident but its still great to know you there :-) .  Just say hi, really its easy Plleeeeeaaaaase leave a comment.

Just For Fun

I saw this and I thought it looked fun.

Your rainbow is shaded green.

What is says about you: You are an intelligent person. You feel strong ties to nature and your mood changes with its cycles. Those around you admire your fresh outlook and vitality.

Find the colors of your rainbow at spacefem.com.

Wonder why my bloggy colors ended up being green?

More Pictures of the Boys Swinging

It was a little cold outside, about 47 degrees I think.

Giggle baby

Caleb wasn’t very interested is having his picture taken
but he complied anyway.

Leland on the other hand was thrilled about everything.

Another Critter

Dave seems to always be the one who spots theses things… bugs, squirrels, deer. I guess because he is the one who goes out to take care of the trash and other “manly outdoorsy” things haha.

A praying mantis, they really blend in
with their surroundings.

Looks kind of scary.

Bed time

Every once in a while the boys would completely
wear my Mom out. She would be sitting there with Leland
and just crash.

A pretty sunset from my parents porch.
